Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Boostor, including boostor.ai, Boostor accounts, Pro, Sparks, tools, kits, templates, marketplace pages, community features, and any related services we provide.

By using Boostor, creating an account, posting content, joining a waitlist, buying a product, or starting a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you use Boostor for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Boostor is a command center for AI builders. It includes learning content, practical skills and tools, AI-assisted builder utilities, downloadable kits, marketplace links, community surfaces, Pro features, and usage credits called Sparks.

The Service is in active development. Features, prices, credit costs, availability, and content may change. We may add, remove, pause, or modify any part of the Service when needed to improve the product, protect users, comply with law, or manage abuse.

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use online services in your location. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Boostor only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account, billing, and profile information, and do not create accounts to evade limits, bans, payment obligations, or abuse controls.

Boostor may offer free access, Pro subscriptions, annual plans, one-time digital products, and limited launch offers such as Founder Genesis. Prices are shown before checkout and are generally listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Paid transactions may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. By checking out, you also agree to the applicable payment provider terms and authorize the provider to charge your selected payment method.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated by Boostor at purchase.

Founder Genesis is a limited launch access offer for one Boostor account. It is not an ownership interest, reseller right, unlimited usage promise, lifetime of every future product, or guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged forever. Founder Genesis remains subject to these Terms, fair-use limits, capped monthly Sparks, and abuse controls.

Sparks are Boostor usage credits for AI-heavy actions such as AI generations, deep recaps, brainstorms, brandbook generation, and script generation. Static access, skill downloads, kit installs, catalog browsing, and heuristic tools do not use Sparks unless we clearly state a different rule before the action.

Sparks have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not transferable, and cannot be sold outside Boostor. Unless we state otherwise, monthly Sparks roll over for one billing period and then expire. We may adjust credit costs, limits, and eligibility to keep the system fair and sustainable.

Boostor may withhold, reverse, expire, or reset Sparks that appear to result from fraud, technical error, chargeback, refund, account sharing, bot activity, or other abuse.

Unless a checkout page or written offer says otherwise, digital products, credit usage, downloaded files, and already-delivered services are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law.

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is refunded, Boostor may suspend or remove the related Pro access, Founder Genesis status, Sparks, downloads, and entitlements. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact Boostor through the official links in the footer before starting a chargeback so we can investigate.

You keep ownership of content you submit, including profile information, posts, comments, saved work, prompts, stack descriptions, project descriptions, and uploaded or pasted materials. You grant Boostor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

If you make content public, such as a builder profile, feed post, ranking submission, comment, or marketplace listing, other users may view, share, or interact with it. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

We may remove, hide, limit, or refuse content that violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, misleads users, infringes rights, is spammy, or damages the integrity of the Service.

Boostor tools may use AI systems or third-party models to generate plans, scores, code-adjacent guidance, business ideas, names, scripts, summaries, rankings, or other output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any output before relying on it, publishing it, shipping it, using it with customers, or treating it as production-ready. Boostor does not provide legal, financial, medical, security, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

Boostor may link to third-party tools, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, app stores, repositories, communities, and other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, not Boostor’s.

Some outbound links may be affiliate or sponsored links. Boostor may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through those links, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate status does not mean we control the third-party product or guarantee its performance.

Marketplace items, templates, kits, and downloadable materials may include their own license terms or usage rules. If an item includes separate license terms, those terms control that item’s use in addition to these Terms.

You may not use Boostor to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, phish, spam, harass, dox, scrape restricted areas, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer non-public systems, manipulate rankings, resell access without permission, or interfere with another user’s use of the Service.

You may not use Boostor to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, or designed to evade platform, payment, security, or safety systems. We may rate-limit, suspend, terminate, or investigate accounts that appear to violate this section.

Boostor, the Boostor name, branding, interface, software, design, copy, rankings, datasets, curated lists, generated site materials, and original content are owned by Boostor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Boostor gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, mirror, package, or commercially exploit Boostor content or functionality unless a specific product license or written permission allows it.

Boostor may process account data, profile data, billing identifiers, usage events, waitlist submissions, saved work, public content, support messages, and technical logs to operate, secure, improve, and monetize the Service.

Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not meant to be stored directly by Boostor. Do not submit secrets, private keys, confidential client data, or sensitive personal data unless the product flow clearly asks for it and you are authorized to provide it.

Boostor is provided on an active-development basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect rankings, permanent storage, error-free tools, or compatibility with every browser, model, framework, payment method, or third-party service.

Beta, preview, waitlist, experimental, or pre-release features may change, fail, disappear, lose data, or become paid features. Use them with that risk in mind.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Boostor is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Boostor does not guarantee that using the Service will produce revenue, rankings, followers, customers, successful launches, safe code, compliant legal documents, or any specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Boostor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Boostor’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid Boostor for the Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that caused the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boostor and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

You may stop using Boostor at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the Service, fail to pay, dispute valid charges, or use the product in a way that harms Boostor or other users.

Termination does not cancel obligations that already arose, including payment obligations, license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and any terms that by their nature should survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Service, account flow, footer link, or another practical channel. The updated Terms apply after they are posted or after the notice period stated in the update.

If you continue using Boostor after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any paid subscription before the next renewal.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Boostor’s operator is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protection law in your location requires a different result. Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve it through Boostor’s official contact links.
